1. Introduction

We provide a professional account management service designed to assist clients in passing prop firm evaluation challenges (e.g., FTMO, FundedNext) using our proprietary trading strategies and systems.

You retain full ownership of your trading account. We only request trading access (not withdrawal access) to execute trades on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

‍

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are over 18 years of age.
You are the legal owner of the account being submitted.
You have obtained the evaluation account from an authorized prop firm.

3. Account Access

‍

You agree to provide:

Trading platform credentials (e.g.MT5 login/password)
Server name and account type
No withdrawal or funding access permissions

We agree to:

Never request or access withdrawal permissions
Only trade on the submitted evaluation/challenge account
Keep your information secure and confidential

4. Performance Disclaimer

‍

While we use proven and consistent strategies, no trading result is guaranteed.Markets carry inherent risk. We do not promise a pass or refund unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Fees & Payments

‍

Payments are due upfront per account unless stated otherwise.

Fees are non-refundable once trading has begun. However, we provide 100% refund in case our bot fail a challnge

All payments are handled via Stripe.

6. Client Responsibility

‍

You agree to:

Not interfere with trades while management is active
Ensure the account is active and funded properly
Monitor the account’s status with your prop firm

We are not responsible for:

Platform downtimes
Account suspensions by the prop firm
Account issues caused by third parties

7. Termination

‍

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. Upon termination:

All trading activity will be stopped
No refunds will be issued for unused time once trading has started

8. Confidentiality

‍

All account information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

‍

Under no circumstances will PassPro AI be liable for losses, penalties, or failed challenges. By using this service, you agree to hold us harmless from any trading-related or business damages.
